Jared is the Founder of Premier Investments & Solutions. Jared has been investing in Real Estate since 2005. He has consulted hundreds of Businesses and Investors all over the US and Canada. He takes pride in building and maintaining relationships with new and current Investors. Jared's expertise is also finding, creating and negotiating lucrative investments opportunities. He has a passion for consulting and helping others thrive and see success in their business and investments.
JAKE DEAN
MANAGING PARTNER
Jake has a true passion for teaching, inspiring, and lifting others. He is well known for his ability to command any room, from classroom to convention hall, with his radiating tone as he shares the knowledge he has gained as a lifelong learner. Jake’s real estate career boasts a plentitude of multifaceted transactions that include commercial, residential, turnkey rental properties, and significant real estate investments. Over the last few years, he has built a multi-family syndication network spanning the country's Southeast and Southwest. With deals in FL, GA, TN, TX, AR, and the greater Chicago area, Jake controls over 1200 units with a total value of over $54MM.
Brock Mogensen
Advisor & Board Member
Brock Mogensen is the Co-Founder at Smart Asset Capital - where he leads deal sourcing, underwriting, and asset management. He has a corporate background in IT and holds an MBA. Brock also developed his own model for analyzing deals (The Real Estate Syndication Analyzer), which is used by other professionals in the industry.
