With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Jared has successfully acquired, renovated, developed, and transacted hundreds of residential properties across the United States. His diverse background includes residential fix-and-flips, new construction, land development, and multifamily investments ranging from small projects to larger value-add opportunities.
Jared is the Founder of Premier Investments & Solutions and has been actively investing in real estate since 2005. Throughout his career, he has consulted with hundreds of business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors nationwide, helping them identify opportunities, build wealth, and scale their businesses through strategic investment decisions.
Known for his ability to find, create, and negotiate lucrative investment opportunities, Jared has built a reputation for delivering results while maintaining strong relationships with investors, partners, and clients. His approach is rooted in the core principles of trust, communication, and transparency—values that have been instrumental in his long-term success.

Over the past 11 years, Kendra has actively invested across a wide range of real estate strategies, including long-term rentals, short-term vacation rentals, fix-and-flip projects, mobile homes, self-storage facilities, land development, new construction, and private lending. This diverse experience allows her to understand investment opportunities from multiple perspectives and appreciate both the potential rewards and the importance of disciplined decision-making.
In addition to her investing background, Kendra brings over 10 years of experience helping individuals make significant financial decisions, managing client relationships, and building long-term partnerships. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with thousands of individuals evaluating opportunities, assessing risk, and making high-impact investment decisions. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to people, she helps investors navigate opportunities with confidence and clarity.

Jake has a true passion for teaching, inspiring, and lifting others. He is well known for his ability to command any room, from classroom to convention hall, with his radiating tone as he shares the knowledge he has gained as a lifelong learner. Jake’s real estate career boasts a plentitude of multifaceted transactions that include commercial, residential, turnkey rental properties, and significant real estate investments. Over the last few years, he has built a multi-family syndication network spanning the country's Southeast and Southwest. With deals in FL, GA, TN, TX, AR, and the greater Chicago area, Jake controls over 1200 units with a total value of over $54MM.
